Still Her Fault


You’re so cranky today They say She doesn’t have the heart to tell them that she’s this cranky every day She can’t tell them that she usually has enough energy to keep it in Can’t tell them that what they say always hurts her That would make them mad Make them sad She could never make them do that She has to take care of them Make sure they’re okay But if they’re sad Mad Then they’re not okay It’s fine if she isn’t okay That’s not as important What’s important is that they’re okay They matter more She’s never been as important Never been as noticed “Sorry” they say to the other one But to her It’s always silence She’s always the one to apologize first Doesn’t matter if they’re in the wrong It’s still her fault It always is
