Still I am Alive

You treated me like a worm You hated me whole heartily Just because of who I am But still, I am alive. Differences in color skin Poor sound in language skill Why only saw my weakness? But still, I am alive. I was angry, sad and hopeless You hurt my pride so deeply Too bad for you that I am stone So, still I am alive. I won't be the same everyday As knowledge is power, I would conquer you one day So, I am still alive.
