Still Me

With another year comes another age, and you say that I'm different but I swear I still look the same since the last time I looked in the mirror, nothing drastic has occured. I promise I'm still me. With another day comes new information and I know I'm still learning, it's usually surprising the new things I find out and about and around. I wonder what realization I'll have next. But I'm sure I'm still me. With free time comes free thoughts and I think on all my past disappointments, on failures still to come. I put faith on the fact that I'll doubt my choices And question if I'm still me. With mistakes comes wisdom, and knowledge that i'm not always right, that wrong is sometimes acceptable and often inevitable. Through all my discoveries I'll find new truths but during it all I'll still be me.
