Still place?

In that place, deep deep down where eyes cannot pry words cannot reach nor touch be felt I stay sheltered or so I think Oblivious to the going around me, I stay still but restless calm but disturbed, collected but hysterical Why can't my lip stop muttering in litany? Why can't I still my racing heart from beating a fast tatoo or stop my eyes from roving around it's sockets? It finally dawns on me. There is no still place ever where we worry less, see naught, and stay calm It only exists in total OBLIVION. ©
