Stone hearts and glass souls

STONE HEARTS AND GLASS SOULS. To feel this pain this heavy pain The pain moving as if a stone was bouncing bouncing off glass walls destroying everything it touched. and in doing so taking the value away from it all. And so amongst the debris the stone is cast out from the remains And Like any stone it sinks when cast into the ocean An ocean of fear and despair, of regret and dreams unrealized it will sit there buried only to be wasted and forgotten. Unless destiny intervenes and brings about a force A force strong enough to free that rock from its embedded turmoil A force strong enough that can fight against this sea of emotion When that happens that stone will shoot from the surface; weightless as if in flight. All it takes now is for someone to catch the stone Someone to keep it from that lonely abyss.
