Little to nothing,
words forgotten before said.

An absence of interest,
no thoughts fill your head.

Almost routine,
any feeling nonexistent.

Obscured resilience,
how idiotically persistent.

Gripping tighter to let go,
she won’t say no.

Lying to himself,
to satisfy his mental health.
