STOP

STOP

Telling me you’re fat.

Insisting that 5 pounds lost

Equals happiness.

STOP

Telling me you’re ugly.

That you hate your nose and thighs and eyes

Because they are somehow wrong.

STOP

Telling me no one will love you.

Because to me

You are perfect.
