Stop and Go Love

This is where our relationship stops and goes.
You call me “baby” only when were alone.
You’re barely here and I understand that your busy,
But all I need is a little bit of your attention without you leaving me dizzy,
I need you to be there even if we’re not fuckin’
I need you to show me off and make me feel wanted.
But if I’m just a ‘stop and go’ fuck whenever you’re free,
How am I supposed to be okay with giving my love to you freely?
How am I supposed to believe when you say that you ‘feel me’?
To be okay about you leaving as soon as we’re finished?
Stop and go love’s get so confusing,
After a while it leaves your heart bruising
After a while it numbs you to the pain,
Because you start thinking that he’s the solution,
And you’re the one to blame.
And without saying it you know,
That to go would mean to stop, and this ‘stop and go’ love...
You don’t want to be without
