Stop the Madness!

My HIV is in CHECK!

I have my viral load at UNDETECT!

I adhere to my therapy and stay on top of my medication

I need the stigma of this disease to disappear with this generation!

Stop looking at me with disgust; a baby with a cold is more of a threat to you, TRUST!

Stop judging me in your mind! WE all fall short from time to time.  Me loving someone who didn’t disclose; not using a condom is something I chose!  But, I am not alone in this, so don’t judge me as if these choices don’t exist. Every day someone chooses to be blind, to trust the person they are with, to close their eyes… I just got my junk exposed because of the person I CHOSE!

But, I accept my choices and because of U=U I am joining in lifting voices.

Gathering the Community to get involved to end the stigma and evolve!

Change the mindset of the Community; work together in unity – to end the negativity surrounding HIV –

To give us back our dignity!

Not long ago a person diagnosed with schizophrenia would be put to death right in front of ya! 

Now we know better and have compassion, no longer ashamed of the mentally ill, we prescribe a special pill.

Well I take my pills and am undetectable, now let’s work together to make this disease acceptable!
