The Storm Called Anxiety

The Storm fiercely hits the calm waters Red and weary eyes with no rest never ending conversation that stems from the mind. Rolling on faster and faster like a locomotive with a broken brake and no intentions of stopping. The calm waters quickly turn into dark cold crashing waves. Trying not to panic and to stay brave yet when the rush of anxiety hits me I'm right in the eye of the storm no where to run no one to go to. I suddenly start to panic streams running down my forehead, talking to my self saying it's only in my head and this will soon end. I can hear the beat of my heart pounding faster and faster I can feel my nerves pinching all over thoughts running all over the place the thoughts keep recycling through my head. My God is this going to end I start to breath but makes me panic more I can almost get there halfway to the door. These last few steps feel like an eternity I go for it out the door I go the warm Florida rays hitting on my head it's feels great or amazing I should say. Well that's all I can take I just have to stay strong and try to do this again another day. A.G. 2018
