A Storm at Sea

I can sense something

Coming

But how long will I have to wait

To figure out my fate

My heart jumps into my throat

I'm sinking, you sunk my boat

That I built for my sea of tears

Made from my past years

Come to me soon, please

My heart aches, don’t leave me

Breathe slowly now

Let me know how

I am supposed to know what’s next

The pain is worse than before

I need you now, even more

Silence those thoughts that storm

In and out of your mind, ideas that form

Thunder in the sky,

Behind your eyes

Lightning struck

Just my luck

Rest easy on this water

Remember the lessons you taught her

Her is me and he is gone

Sailor off to sea, the siren sings her song
