The Storms We Made Last Night

The Storms we made last night

Sent the birds flying

To calmer pastures

Lest they feared dying

The Storms we made last night

Shook the hotel to its foundations

The chaplain surely wondered,

"The apocalypse or the great coronation?"

The Storms we made last night

Sent the chandelier through the floor

Edgar Allen Poe surely wondered,

"Usher's house falling again?  Or Lenore?'

The Storms we made last night

Sent the guests under their desks and tables

Wondering, "This is neither California nor Japan.

Why is this earthquake so able?""

The Storms we made last night

Turned the pool and hot tubs into a giant moat

This is what happens

When the Bull interacts witrh the Goat

The Storms we made last night

Got us banned from the hotel

Well the food tasted like shit

So what the hell

The Storms we made last night

Was the result of our, "I do"

So here's to us- together

Until 2092
