The Story in a Dancing Body

one sliding foot draws the lines of the melody

the toes curling in passion and fury

the muscles rippling and tensing up the calf

with a tap of the foot and the offset of a bouncing hip, the drums come to life

the hip follows the soul of the drum while the foot gives nuances of stern and forceful crashing

leading subsequent hips and toes to tap and bounce along

an arm directs, pushes and pulls the words while an explosion of the chest gives humanity fire

the arm speaks of undercurrents and the chest cries for the heart.

as the arm drags the chest along, the chest sweetly draws in the arm
