The Story of Our Lives

The story of our lives Is written with ink blots and mistakes The story of our lives Is a series of plot twists and climaxes That led to nowhere The story of our lives Is filled with characters Protagonists, antagonists, static and dynamic characters Each one contributed Whether they knew it or not The story of our lives Contains witty quotes and sarcastic lines Small happy moments and maybe victory So in a dark and forsaken room We will keep reading We will keep reading beyond The drama, the comedy, the fantasy, the reality The story of our lives Is written with sweat and tears And aged with emotions and experience When I shut the story of our lives I will remember us I will give the story to others In hopes that someone will write the epilogue
