A story is a painting
It starts with an idea;
a picture in your head.
And then a single word,
And then the paint is spread.
Little by little,
the story grows.
All too soon the
canvas filled
with lovely words,
that build and build.
When the ideas overflow,
you have in your hands
a piece of gold.
Once the story and the painting end,
you get to start all over again.
