Strange Creature
I know not love, for it, the thing that eludes me has no mercy. Love, as it is, takes as much pleasure in heartbreak as it does anything. Love, being a strange creature, loves for the sake of love. To take captives. So why do women and men alike seek such a beast? Simply for the hope it will choose them to be its tamers. Or less than that, from a desire to understand.
