Stranger
The sun was already creeping into its mother's bosom
The day had culminated keeping the light's blossom
I watched the horizon wondering what is going on
The skies were crimson thundering with a sermon
In this zone what was wandering about the moon?
Then I beheld a stranger
At first he looked like danger
Unlike the child in a manger
He was still a stranger
He drew nigh and nigh
I grew much more calm
His voice went high and high
He was innocuous as his psalm
He sand and sang
The melodies brought back memories
Memories of past glories
I am here to take you away
I will not lead you astray.
To where and why?
The skies are turning crimson
The heavens are burning on
Soon it will be raining blood.
Thank you but go your way
I like the blood rain you say.
I will drink from this blood
If it was fire, but its only a blood flood.
Swim or drown in the flood
If you want to remain
You will drown in the rain
And I will be in so much pain.
Pain is master. you will learn your lesson.
Rain is faster. I will bath in crimson.
Then I should not have come to your rescue.
