Stranger

Once there was a girl and a guy

They had no idea this was how they’d say goodbye

They were best friends

They helped each other mend

They would sing and dance

And send each other poems about romance

They laughed throughout the years

And shed a lot of tears

Until one day

When the guy ran away

The girl begged and she plead

She said “please talk to me”

She said “I’ve got a problem and its haunting me”

He shut his door

He didn’t talk anymore

While the girl lay hurt on the rocky shores

She wept “bye stranger i don’t know you anymore”
