Stranger Again

Strangers on a plane

Strangers on a train

Fellow passengers in time and space

So ready to erase

And destroy

Forget and reject

And as life passes by

You and me

Forever on separate planes

Just know that for a second we weren’t strangers

And life was beautiful

And as the world comes crashing down remember that one smile

The one that caught your eye on that one day

The day that started it all
