Stranger No Longer

Its amazing,

someone who was once a stranger,

Has become so much more.

An installation in my life.

A part of every conversation.

A bit of every thought, all the time, every day.

I wonder about how he's doing,

if he's okay,

when I get to see him again.

Once, I barely knew him.

Now,

he is so much more
