Strangers In My Skin
When will I stop torturing myself?
I have myself convinced
This world is my living hell
I am too weak to walk away
I am too cowardly to stay
So I just run
I know I am not alone
Who can't seem to know what they want to do
The world looks so much brighter
Reflected in the rear view
I have been a million people all my life
They gasp for the surface every night
When the lights are off and nobody's home
It disturbs me to the core
That I'm still not alone
And all along they way
They scream out change
I just can't give in
They see just another girl out there
I see strangers in my skin
I see strangers in my skin
