Straw into Gold

They call me a devil.

A character with no soul

but I dont twist their arm

they agree with no protocol

"awww my life's bad, I have nothing else to turn too!"

but beggars can't be choosers

and everything has a price

many forget this one very important rule.

So when I facilitate an answer to your given problem

most are jubilate

with what's anew

but forget to see the cup half empty

instead of half full.

She knew what she had to do

but yet the gold was so important

she had no choice but to subdue

but I did not tie her hand

or put her in a chokehold

I just made a bet

with someone I thought I could link upon too.

So after her life was accompanied

as brand new

I had to take my reparations

my forty acres and a mule

ol boy, ol boy, her first born son!

He will make a real great worker

a real tough one,

I promise I will treat him right

but his mom is left with a whole

in her heart she cannot fill.

I know, I know, but she made a deal!

Do not make a deal with me if you are NOT for real

now many call me evil

a character with no fill

but all I have to say is everything has a price

and you cannot loophole that rule.
