Strawberry Girl

She’s bright

In mind, aura, and heart

She smiles

And the darkness falls apart

Strawberry girl

Makes the world turn

Strawberry girl

Makes your heart burn

Her curly brown hair

Almost as bouncy as her

And her golden brown eyes

Turn sadness into blur

I need her around

She’s like an angel to me

Breaking my bonds

Until I am free

When she was just a babe

So sweet and so cute

They knew she was special

She was named after a fruit

Strawberry girl

You’re my best friend

Strawberry girl

I can believe again.
