The Stray

The Stray

Tail waggin' wanderer

Head turnin' dodger

Some in packs, some solitude

Probing nose stuffed in a bin

Diggin' scratchin' sniffin'

For some moist morsel

Unwanted mongrel

Pest to the pedigrees

Whom can I trust

To take me home

Or to turn me in
