Stream of Consciousness Sonnet

Which words to put down on the sheet my dear I barely ever walk the streets alone Or should I start with a king and his throne? Oh no! Bring not the jabberwock near! I shall never again be able to hear To see the funnel of arrogance known Those bright red flowers chill even the stone They will not rest to mourn the steer

I love to listen with my fluttering heart The ancients of years past and great unknowns The Good Lord made them all with not And though maybe I shouldn't give a thought But sin trods in all of your deceitful bones I must finish it off and add one last deep fraught.
