Street Scum
The interludes of impatient traffic,
the thing that is unnecessary in nature but is necessary for our nature,
Oh! how to advance our time and nature is what divides nature's creature,
how intelligent we came to be, yet we are still not satisfied with what we have created,
in hopes of ameliorating our problems, we tend to temporarily alleviate them,
how civilized we have become on the brink of the scientific age, yet we still act inhumane,
why is it that some civilizations are distinguished as rural or urban and not global or universal,
how is is it that one may have better technology and the other doesn't,
have we forgotten the humanity of sharing?
Have we lost our inert reasoning to survive together,
have we lost our ability to become what nature and God created us to be?
Are we not human?
Why is it that technology is now within our nature that divides between third world and first world,
why do we frustrate when technology malfunctions and why do not what realize that it has subdued our nature,
Why is that individual so preoccupied with being pretentious,
Why is he impatient as if he has created a status of his own and illustrates his whims of being superior,
Why does he choose technology to boost his desire,
Why am I concerned and why should you?
Why are receiving this scum off Man's street, this man created tools that have infiltrated our natural life,
Why has this become an interlude of everyone and everywhere you go we witness this toxicity,
Why are we intoxicating ourselves with this culture?
Why am I becoming and why are you becoming impatient with the world's traffic.
