Strength

I'm beginning to struggle

Struggle to stand on my own two feet

Feet in my shoes to get through another day

Day that is numbered

Numbered minutes, numbered seconds

Seconds that can mean life or death

Death is only natural

Natural cycle that can't be much harm

Harm to me in a lot of ways

Ways that really shouldn't be possible

Possible to be standing after so long

Long after my mind has gone to sleep

Sleep that extra hour to keep your strength

Strength that you don't really have

Have I lost my shred of sanity?

Sanity that slowly drip, drips away

Away with the thoughts that are as black as night

Night, my least favorite time

Time that I don't actually spend sleeping as I should

Should I?

I don't see the point

Point me in the right direction if you can

Can you help me?

Me, what do you mean

Mean something to someone

Someone I trust

Trust is fragile

Fragile like glass

Glass that could break in any moment

Moment that could change your outlook on life

Life isn't so simple

Simple to do something without a second thought

Thoughts that wear you down

Down can have two meanings

Meanings that can be good or bad

Bad for me, completely

Completely insane

Insane to even think of, let alone do

Do your best

Best believe when I say normal

Normal-undefined

Undefined means unwritten

Change unwritten to rewritten
