And proving to the world you are that star.'

How long will we use this antidote?

Strength isn't really what they say, 

It isn't about power or improving your pay. 

True strength doesn’t show how unaffected you feel;

It is the ability to support and heal. 

It is the ability to support and heal. 

Yes, strength is being vulnerable through smiles and tears, 

Reaching out for those sparks when they near. 

Always remember to set yourself this test, 

One that you must grow; be your absolute best. 

Using wisdom and talent is strength, 

Wading through seas of doubt to that extra length. 

Say to yourself: 'I can, I will, I'm going to!' 

Step into a challenge to find something new. 

Only once you have found your strength can you obtain resilience;

Step into it and find your greatness. 

The road of life is a rocky way, 

With challenges arising everyday. 

Yes, it is arduous, but I won't be shaken, 

When I call, my strength will awaken.
