Strength

Something inside me

something that simply won't give up

A piece of me that keeps on fighting

a part of me I love

The one thing I can't live without

I would be gone for sure

I would have given up long long ago

Taken a bath with no return

And had nothing to show

I shouldn't try to fight it

It is a vital part of life

I can't possibly hide it

I cannot live without my strength

It is what keeps me going

The one thing I would take with me,

no matter where I go,

would be my strength and nothing else

It's the only thing I know
