Stress

Experiences I have day in and day out

can be the cause of my stress.

I smile, I worry, I cry no doubt.

My anxiety rises, what a mess.

I take a deep breath knowing my heart will beat a little less.

Friends, classes, grades, a career.

What will be my future route?

Only time will tell, as college life draws near

how far and wide my wings will sprout.

The days of worryng what I will become will no longer be a fear.
