To stress is an important part of life, to stress means dedication and determination. To worry means that one would care. To stress about school, friends, and work seems like a blessing. Though, it does not feel like one. To handle this, I prefer cuddling up with blankets, sleep for as long as I want, because sleep isnt as common as one would hope. Also read, take my mind away from whatever worries me and instead think of imagniable adventures with grand life lessons. Maybe, simply write things down, whatever comes to mind and let my mind flow. These somewhat entertaining activites help me distract myself from the issue at hand. Also very relaxing activites in general.
