Stress and Anxiety

I'm sick they say it's because I forgot to take my medicine; I took too much at once it's got me diving in my head again; Conversations work my voices got me thinking, now I'm red again Mind blown cannonball I need to calm down take a sedative; When I argue back that's when the anxiety settles in; I'm not good at mind games my buttons are too sensitive; Once I heard the music cue I knew someone had pressed begin; Emotions causing bad vibes inviting stress to step right in; The only way to relax is to grab the pad and pen again; The day is over, time to sleep my conscious starts meddling; I thought I was in control my nightmares tell me to guess again; It's a hard battle take it from a veteran Got to beat these fears no surrendering but they're attached like bones on skeletons; Life is full of good and bad it seems the bad never ends The only way to win that fight is to not focus on the bitter end.
