A Stresstina
The failure to solve leads to stress,
only feeling relief
when anxiety transforms into creativity.
Words flow seamlessly, self expression slowly relieving the pressure,
bubbling restlessness overshadows the importance
of expressing tensions through poetry.
When complications lead to tears, unexpected alleviation stemmed from poetry.
The grand inferno of inspiration fueled only by the stifling stress
and the desire to obtain a clear mind. The poetic importance
of conveying conflict through self expression. Relief
comes from a harmonious mind, free of pressure,
and overflowing with unbridled creativity.
Turbulent thoughts are assuaged through creativity,
the expression of ideas, unrelated to temporary problems, through poetry.
It acts as a distraction, leading stress elsewhere to release the pressure
from an exhausted psyche. Haste and commotion prompted from stress
can only be quelled with poetic relief.
Expression presents its importance.
Sometimes poetry’s importance
is undermined due to its need for creativity,
that is how I thought until I found the blissful relief
to demanding stresses. The power evoked by poetry
overwhelms looming stress,
slowing but surely soothing the spiking pressure.
As blood pressure
rises, the need to prioritize the importance
of managing the balancing act of life’s stress,
to find a middle ground between industry and creativity.
The place where poetry
shines is in the middle ground, the a simple relief.
The oh-so-simple relief
has passed on its lessons for the consequences of pressure.
However, it should not be ignored, but managed with the aid of poetry.
A creative outlet becomes the mediator and displays the importance
between the balance of work and play. Communicating thoughts through creativity
brings forth a clear mind and distances stress.
Cramming last minute extinguishes relief, thus bringing forth the importance
of relieving the pressure, slowing down to express creativity,
whether it be through painting or poetry, calms the waves of the mind’s stress.
