Stretching
Thoughts of life,
Thoughts of death.
Earlier days of a shallow nature,
With hope that with life comes depth.
Breathe in, breathe out.
It doesn't matter.
You matter.
Truth in the words from headphones and speakers,
Truth in the words of their stares.
Rest lies in peace, right?
Waiting in darkness, no one cares.
Breathe in, breathe out.
They don't matter.
You matter.
Coming are new people,
Coming are new places.
You are stretching,
Feel the open spaces.
Breathe in, breathe out.
Because you can.
You matter.
