Strikes Again
Racing mind and nonstop motion
Shaking legs and bitten nails
Painful head and shortened breaths
Anxiety strikes again
New assignments, new anxiety attacks
More work, more stress
The pattern is never ending
Worrying and worry, it never stops
No one notices the silent break down
Or hears the pounding heart
A constant battle
Between wanting to be successful
And wanting to breakdown
Anxiety strikes again
