STRIVE

Struggling to Cling on to Childhood Cocooned in Family and Comfort Lulled by a state of deceptive peace Place of midnight dreams, soft sighs Welcome light-hearted laughter Where nothing is expected of you You are loved… Content… Fulfilled… Dreams are for naught but to amuse you… BREAK THE SHACKLING STRINGS THAT BIND YOU! For Shrouded in Deceptive wisps of smiles are Words that haunt you to terrifying depths ‘Who are you? What have you accomplished?’ The world needs you to prove yourself Seek to Stand your Ground and Decide BELIEVE YOU COULD REACH FOR MORE THAN THIS! Do you not seek it from within? WAKE UP! What are stars for but to be reached?
