A Stroke of the Pencil,

Coils that frame the face or a head that glistens in the light.

Bodies that vary in different shapes and sizes,

A pear or hourglass. 

People are canvases that change over time,

Stretch marks, scars

They are ineffable proof of different lives that people experience.

The ability to capture people and turn them  into art

Or take looks from others to make someone new.

The world contributes to creating,

From trees, to the ocean.

Unique animals from the dullest of shades,

To the brightest rainbows.

All of these influence art

And they can all be captured with

A stroke of the pencil.
