Strong enough to not pick up the knife and use it
Not strong enough to walk away
Strong enough to smile through the pain of scabs
Not strong enough to stop causing them
Strong enough to stop doing
Not strong enough to stop thinking
Strong enough to know I need help
Not strong enough to ask for it
Strong enough to stay clean for a month
Not strong enough to stay clean for a year
Strong enough to get stronger
