Strong Folds
I've always valued mental strength
The ability to brave anything
With a stone face or smile
I marveled at the ability to run a mile
I shrugged physical strength away
Like some passing trend
All of this because
I doubted my own
I took the risk
What has it shown?
It's shown I'm far stronger
Than when I was at my best
I have potential
To be good as the rest
Gone much farther than I thought I could
Did much more than I thought I would
I know I have a long way to go
But I'll never doubt
I reap what I sew
