Stronger Each Time

The last piece of my destroyed heart has finally fallen and shattered

BAM!

As I bend down to pick up the remaining pieces the knife of your words is jammed into my delicate spine

I lay on the ground covered in my warm thick blook just wondering why

What did I do to deserve this mistreatment?

Why do you punish me as if I am the worst person in the world?

Yes, you always see me smile

Yes, I always seem to be happy

But if you look deep into my eyes you'll see that im shriveled up clinging on for drear life

I've been hurt so bad, so much

My body should be bound by the chains of the pain I have faced

Yet somehow I alwasy break free

I get back up with a smile brighter than my last

I'll never know why people purposely try to hurt me

Im really a sweet girl

Honest

Im smary, loyal, trustworthy, and have a lot going for myself

Are those the reasons why?

Are you threated by me?

Do you not want me to succeed?

Well guess what, Im gonna do it reguardless

So go ahead and stab me again

You can even try to aim for my heart

But each time I will get up stronger, wiser, smarter, and happier than before

So go ahead and do your worst

What you do to me will come back to haunt you 10x over

Lets just forget we ever existed and save the chains and knifes

No hurtful words, no painful actions

Maybe, just maybe, then I'll be ohkay
