The Struggle

i look outside my car window seeing a man begging for some change

the women at the corner store is asking for a higher wage

some girls father was dragged out her home to be thrown inside a cage

for the color of his skin it was the crime of being a different race

it's so strange how people treat people these days

people say they got God they love God but yet act two faced

they attended the church on sunday but yet search for a high every other day

they say the white man take all the money

and the black man keep telling lies

that's why you see the white man keep killing

and the black man always dies

for there is a struggle within the people

because money is the power so people won't see

they are blinded to these things

race, death, crime and even the fact that only Gods the key

but the people keep struggling

you see this is all so crazy to me
