stubborn lovers

what a dismay
we were trying to find the pieces to the puzzle
lets sit cris cross apple sauce and find a new game to play
this one was kind of annoying so we found a new sedative
it sorta messed with our heads and we began to feed on selfishness instead
i know how hard it is to pay attention to the rules
we toss it aside and pretend we know every detail
so much is missing inside that tiny font
maybe theres a thousand ways to play but we like to stubbornly stay
gratitude for this new meditation until
it starts to become abused and unamusing
switch it up again won't ya?
and pour it down the drain once the game starts to take our aim
