Stuck in your head

Have you ever waited for something that feels right an seems right but when your moment comes its all wrong, have you ever felt the need or want to speak but it gets blown out of context I do all the time. Do you ever feel like your stuck in ur own skin but you feel like a puppet an your masters doing things you disagree with this is why I feel like I'm stuck, stuck in my head I know what's what but everything is so different
