The Student's Complaint

Long, tired hours

Late nights, Looming tests

The steady buzz of a lamp

The scrambling of a brain

attempting to finish a paper

One more paragraph

All is hopeless.

The brain shuts down,

not waking until the

BEEP! BEEP!

A signal of morning

Mourning.

A forever unfinished paper

I'm pretty sure all students can relate to this, i certainly can. Nice poem! I especially love the "Mourning" it brings a whole kindof newish perspective on the system.
