succendent in infernum

The silence hurts so loud,
lone I wait surrounded by a crowd.

At peace you’d think,
inside, a bitter turmoil I weep.

Mind cluttered,
blank in thought.

No answers to questions,
that I know not.

Painted grey,
a life of black and white.

Filled with joy,
pain and strife.

Hatred for myself,
a burden to everyone else.

A friend I am not,
from all the suffering I have caused.

I say it how it is. Don't take anything for granted.
