Sufficiency and Completion

When I was little, I thought the best toy around was a kite. The whole concept of

catching the world's secrets, scooping them up - along with God's breath, under my arms

to take flight like a kite could - amazed me.

It's freedom, it's flight

It's a soul unleashed, roaming, soaring, wild

It's the light at the end of every tunnel

It's one step closer to the heavens

A gentle reminder of how small we really are on earth and how hard one must work to make an impact

It's fleeting.

It's breathtaking

It's miraculous

Some may even call it a graduation.
