Suffocating in Memories

Suffocating in memories Of you Drowning in a pool Of self pity I want to scream But no words sound Why? Why? WHY? Fueling fiery sparks Of jealousy I pace back and forth Like a mad-man Yes, no Please? Any sign of life A faint pulse Any confirmation Of what was Or could be Or is It’s for the best You say I can’t let my emotions Play this game
