"Suicidal Thought"

I shed all the tears

But on the outside all you hear is

"I'm Fine"

I smile through the pain

and watch my wrist as it drains

I see your eyes full of tears

but dont be sad am not

Scared no more I don't feel

The pain anymore

I know your hurting and sad

But I'm doing okay now

Am not suffering anymore
