Suicide

Many joke about suicide but it ain't no joke. You don't get how much it takes to do it. You don't know why they do it. People have their own reasons and I had my own. Why live was my question, suicide was my answer. I thought until I tried, I obviously failed since I still breath. I was in a dark place until I found the shimmer of light, but it never really went away. I wish I could stop the thoughts but that's easier said than done. Some have been defeated but I'm still fighting to win. One day I would have won and then I would be the best me.
