A suicide note from a soldier

Can't imagine anything colder.

a soldier

a boulder

out nations deffence

were trained and were ready

past all recompense

then we come home to find a new world

 now I'm a dad

 I love my little girl

 this new world has changed

 though I have not

 nights spent alone

 one room with a cot

brains just not the same, wow

this is all I know, how?

 Like I was reset.

 That's all I know, now!

life turns to ash

 Baby girl gets taken

ex wife used my service to help her to rake in

any wealth or privilege my service provided

at the end of the day

 no one to confide in

 desperate. hopeless. always alone

it should have been a flag instead of me coming home

I know what has to happen

 I've done the deed before

 I'll leave this simply note

then this soldier hits the floor
